Set Secondary Sprint Username Permissions - My Sprint Account Help

As an Sprint customer, you can manage what secondary users on your account are able to do. You can assign access to account settings, which allows users to change their username and email settings. You can also assign access to bill pay, which allows users to view or pay bills.

Manage Secondary User Permissions

Follow these steps to manage what your secondary users can do:

  1. Sign in to My Sprint Account as the primary user.
  2. Click the Users tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the user you want to edit.
  4. On the next page, in the Permissions window, toggle the secondary user's permissions for basic access to account settings and/or to view and pay bills.
  5. Note: To add a new user to an account, click on Add a New User in the Permissions window. Learn more about adding usernames to your account.
