How to Manage and Remove Registered Sprint WiFi Devices

If you are an eligible Sprint Internet subscriber, you have access to Sprint WiFi hotspots nationwide so you can stay connected on-the-go at no additional charge. You can register up to 20 devices on your account to access Sprint WiFi hotspots.

To remove or rename the devices with access to WiFi hotspots, visit your personal list of Sprint WiFi Hotspot Connected Devices and sign in to your account.

Note: Only primary users or a secondary user with bill pay privileges can manage registered devices.

How to Remove or Rename Registered Devices

To remove or rename a device registered to access Sprint WiFi hotspots:

  1. Sign in to My Sprint Account or the My Sprint Account app and click or touch the Services tab/icon.
  2. From the Services page, under Internet, click Manage Internet.
  3. Scroll down to Sprint WiFi Hotspot Connected Devices and click Manage Devices.
  4. Click Rename to edit your device name.
  5. Click Remove to remove your device from the list of registered devices. A confirmation message will appear.
  6. Note: If you've reached your limit of 20 registered devices, you must remove a device before you can add another.

To register a device for access, just sign in to the Sprint Wifi network on your device. If it's your first time accessing an Sprint WiFi hotspot on the device, you'll be asked to sign in to your Sprint account.
